  A rollercoaster ride for tenants. When it is warm and you can consider Lake and Hennepin extensions of this place, it is a decent shopping and dining option in Minneapolis. Sushi Tango is the best sushi in the metro, so that alone is worth the trip. Parking can be a challenge if you do not like paying a lot to conveniently park. I recommend going a few blocks south into the residential neighborhood to find parking.

  I mostly go for Sushi Tango and, once in awhile, Famous Daves. Its a little frustrating that its so expensive to park and that there is often so many empty retail spots. Kitchen Window is nice and when I lived in the area, I did like the LA Fitness on the upper level. Just wish they could keep the store locations full! Of course, I would imagine that they wish the same thing.

  My wife and I have lived in the area for a few years and love watching it grow. There is so much to do within walking distance!
